Spend 3 days with dear friends and new friends laughing, relaxing and doing lots of stitching. Bring your own canvas(es) and threads, so you can work on whatever you want to! No need to commit to a new project, this is the time to finish the ones you’ve put aside.
To make the most of your stitching time, it’s a great idea to bring pieces that you’ve done in class with Laura or using her stitch guides.
Laura will be available to answer simple questions as she wanders the room. In addition, a limited number of 20 minute, private lessons will be available throughout the 3 days. There will be a fee for these lessons and sign ups must be made in advance.

Pop-up demonstrations focused on topics like beading techniques, silk ribbon and how to compensate successfully.
The cost to attend is $675.00, which includes Laura’s availability for simple questions, stitch and technique demonstrations, the meeting space, lunch each day and an afternoon “pick me up”. Travel, hotel, and needlepoint costs are additional.
The hotel is offering special rates on guest rooms for our event. If you want to stay longer (and who wouldn’t?), these rates will apply beginning two nights before the event through two nights after the event.

Overnight Parking in the hotel garage:$45 per day

The remainder of the fee will be due by February 5, 2026. Note ~ no invoice will be sent. It is your responsibility to remember to send payment. Failure to remit the final payment will result in loss of your space, so don’t forget!
